Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within the day (for Metro Manila Same Day Orders) and Next to 3 days (for Provincial Areas/Outside Metro Manila Areas) after receipt of payment. 

Free Shipping include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

All our customers are requested to note that the "Time chosen above is treated as a preference/request and is not a fixed time for delivery". We only guarantee delivery on a "Specified Date" and not within a specified "Time Frame".

* In order to add the Add-On products to your shopping cart with the product shown above, click on the empty box shown below the add-on product that you wish to add and press "Order Now" button above.

* Please note that "Same Day Delivery" is only available for "Metro Manila Region" and is not available for "Provincial/Other Destinations". Any "Same Day Delivery" order for "Provincial/Other destinations" will be delivered on the "Next Available Delivery Date" provided the order is placed before 2:30 PM (PH Time)

Returns & Refunds

Returns:

In a rare situation where the customer is not happy with the quality of flowers used, he/she is requested to register a complaint immediately. Any complaints made after 48 hours of delivery won't be entertained. In case the complaint is found genuine; we would be happy to have his/her flowers replaced free of cost.

We at Flowers by Ronaldo dela Cruz can only guarantee the quality of the flowers. For any other product such as "Teddy Bear", "Cakes", "Fruits", "Wine", "Dry Fruit" etc. the respective brand owner will be responsible for the quality of the products

Refunds:

If we at Flowers by Ronaldo dela Cruz are unable to deliver any order, the customer will be refunded in full. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery. A refund will be made only if the delivery failed due to our mistake or if the area is non-serviceable.
